DIANE B. WEAVER-TRELAWNEY, age 66 of Elysian, MN passed away at home in loving hospice care by ISJ hosp. Mankato, on Friday, November 20, 2009.

Born in Minneapolis on January 6, 1943, Diane was the daughter of Harry and Lillian Trelawney.  She attended Central High School in Minneapolis.   She was a member of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie.

Diane is survived by three children, Deborah Johnson and her husband Joe of Vermillion, South Dakota; Pamela Fisher of Eden Prairie, MN, and Jeff Fisher and his partner Chad Motzko of Richfield, MN.  She is also survived by five grandsons and two granddaughters.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lillian; her beloved husband John, and one grandson, Taylor Hendrickson.

The memorial service will be held at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 6:30p.m.  Visitation will begin at 5:30p.m at the church.   Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis Tuesday, December1, 2009.  Prosch-Dennis Funeral Home in Waterville is assisting the family with their arrangements.
